Toddler With Rare Disorder Becomes Victim Of Cyberbullying
Here come the internet trolls.
The narcissists, psychopaths, and sadists — a.k.a internet trolls — are at it again. And this time they’ve taken it to a whole new level.
Meet Mariah Pringle, a 2-year-old whose appearance, motor skills, and learning have all been affected by a rare disease known as Chromosome 2p duplication syndrome.
Her mother Kyra Pringle posted a birthday photo of the child to Facebook, only to have a few disgusting individuals mock the toddler with a round of repulsive memes. The cyberbullies made comparisons to leprechauns and monsters.
“If you’re out there and you’re doing these things, and you think that it’s funny, it’s not funny,” said Linda Pringle, Mariah’s grandmother. “This is actually a human being, this is a child, this is a baby.”
